GRI Sustainability Reporting

REPORT TO GLOBAL STANDARDS USING GRI

Sustainability reports play a pivotal role in communicating your sustainability performance, impacts, and strategy with stakeholders.

These reports enable you to formally share your progress, tell your story in full, demonstrate transparency and accountability and allow you to be compared against others. A high-quality sustainability report will detail the economic, environmental, and social impacts caused by your organisation’s operations, in a clear, concise, and engaging way.

"The challenge for business is to tell your story in a genuine, meaningful and evidence-based way."

– Colmar Brunton ‘Better Futures’ report, 2019

Global Reporting Initiative (GRI)

At Go Well, we follow the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards, which are widely considered to be the gold standard for sustainability reporting.

Using the GRI framework, we support organisations to produce high-quality sustainability reports (aka impact reports) that are reputable, credible, digestible, and accessible.

We are a member of the GRI Community and support the mission of GRI to empower decision-makers everywhere, through GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards and its multi-stakeholder network, to take action towards a more sustainable economy and world.

The GRI Reporting Process

"If an issuer chooses a formal framework to report on ESG* factors, it should report against a recognised international reporting initiative such as the Global Reporting Initiative guidelines."

*Environmental, Social and Governance

– NZX Corporate Governance Code, 2017

Some reports we have worked on

"Nick jumped on board with us to help with our second
bi-annual Sustainability Report. After critiquing our first report, Nick guided us towards a better reporting model and supported us from start to finish to get it released.

Ever professional, pragmatic, encouraging, balanced and passionate, we loved working with Go Well and look forward to engaging with them again for round three."

– Mike Murphy, Managing Director – Kōkako
