World famous in New Zealand for their exceptionally delicious food and their influential cookbooks, Ripe Deli have become a bit of a legend in the Auckland food scene with three deli sites. Bursting with good will and intentions, Ripe had managed to implement a range of policies, systems, and procedures relating to their values around sustainability but were missing a detailed and well throughout strategic plan. On completion of their Sustainability Strategy Ripe asked us to contribute to their 2022 cook book “Thought for Food”.
