Founding
Director

Nick Morrison is our founder and team lead. Following a 10 year career in health and fitness, both in NZ and abroad, Nick turned his passion for coaching and knowledge sharing to sustainability. He has spent his last 10 years guiding businesses through the complex journey that is navigating ESG.

Nick has worked across multiple industries and with organisations of many shapes and sizes in both Aotearoa and Australia. Nick understands business and sustainability – and what it takes to lead. He is an excellent communicator, problem solver, and strategic thinker. Nick is formally trained in the GRI Reporting framework, is a B Corp Consultant trained by B Lab, and a passionate advocate for a circular economy.

Senior Sustainability
Advisor

Kate Lodge is an experienced advisor, having spent over six years working across sustainability consulting and event operations in both New Zealand and Canada. Kate’s background is in waste minimisation and resource recovery and she now leads sustainability strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and workshop delivery across a wide range of businesses and industries.

Originally from Te Whanganui-a-Tara, she is currently based on Bowen Island, Canada, working remotely from a little cabin in the woods. Outside of sustainability, Kate is passionate about wellbeing and leads Go Well’s health & wellbeing programme.

Client Experience, Design
& Business Development Manager

Charlotte Mundell sits at the heart of Go Well leading content, graphic design, client programmes, and business development, and playing a central role in how the consultancy grows and shows up in the world.

With a background ranging from film and television production to model making and marketing, Charlotte brings a rare blend of creative and strategic thinking to everything she does. She leads our visual identity, manages the Go Well Together client community, and is often the first point of contact for both new and existing clients. When she’s not knee-deep in a deadline, you’ll find her knee-deep in the garden.

Supply Chain
Advisor

Vanessa Thompson has over 20 years experience working across the global fashion, apparel, footwear and textiles industries. Her experience in buying, sourcing, and procuring across global supply chains provides a depth and breadth of knowledge to help business tackle the complexities of sustainable and ethical procurement.

1% Policy

We donate 1% of our annual revenue to two charities whose work we greatly admire. 0.5% is donated to Conservation Volunteers New Zealand, the other 0.5% is donated to

Kids Can.

9-day fortnight

At Go Well we operate a 9-day fortnight, except for one team member who operates a 4-day week. The business is open five days a week, but our team alternates their Friday off. The science relating to mental health, stress, and workload couldn't be clearer. Neither could the science around being connected with our families, friends, and the natural world. We recommend you try it.
