Year One is a 12-month programme for organisations that know sustainability matters but haven’t yet built the foundations. In the first six to eight months we work alongside you to engage your key stakeholders, identify the impacts that genuinely matter to your business, and shape a sustainability strategy that’s credible, robust, and unmistakably yours.

From there we don’t hand over a document and wish you luck — we spend the rest of the year helping you put the strategy into practice, so you finish with real momentum rather than a plan gathering dust. Along the way we build the confidence and capability of your people, so the work keeps going long after we do. If mapping your carbon emissions is a priority from the outset, we can add that in; otherwise it’s work we pick up in Year Two.
